MAKER MARKS ON BACK OF HANDLE: SIGNED WM ROGERS W/ AN EAGLE IN FRONT AND A STAR IN THE BACK OF THESE TRADEMARK LETTERS, THEN AN "A1", THEN AN "IS" (INTERNATIONAL SILVER COMPANY). FLOWERS & HATCHING OF COTILLIAN PATTERN ON TIP, HANDLE & STEM.
1937 WM Rogers A1 (grade of silver plate) Plus Cotillion Pattern Piece. Showing light use for age: No monograms, bent tines, gouges, chips, heel wear or disposal damage. There is some wear on underside of spoon base where it sets down. I sell, as is, without polishing. This will polish up nicely. Very old set -- Pre-dates WWII. Hard to find pieces. This listing for the 1 sugar (cream & tea) spoon. I do not have any other pieces from this particular collection.
